Shipping policy
Personalized pieces are made to order. Production estimates are separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping rates
- America 250 products ship for a flat $9.99 per order within the United States.
- Other plaques, signs, and the personalized garage clock ship for a flat $15 per order, including orders with multiple items from this group.
- Wall mailboxes ship for a flat $40 per order.
- Capitol, Balmoral, and Modern Balmoral mailbox and post packages include free shipping within the contiguous United States.
When an order includes items from different shipping groups, their charges combine. For example, a plaque and a wall mailbox ship for $55 total. Adding a qualifying free-shipping package does not remove shipping charges for other items.

Production and delivery
Your items ship directly from Whitehall Products and may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be emailed as it becomes available.
Production time varies by item. If you have a delivery deadline, please email support@westmoorhouse.com for a current estimate before ordering. Shipping transit is additional.
